  • Phoenix |General Manager /DMV

My favorite part of Harmony Hills is the small town feel. RP is everywhere here, and the people are so friendly and responsive! Ownership and Management are super helpful and work tirelessly to make sure everyone has the opportunity to have their best SL here!

PK has been a resident in SecondLife for over 19 years. He has experience as a former Estate Manager, RP Manager, and Customer facing roles across his many years in SL. Being the new DMV Clerk, he has established a goal of having all applications returned or responded to within 24 hours of receipt.

When not in the DMV, Phoenix enjoys rich role-play with friends, and taking long walks about the town.

  • Jewell Munro | General Manager | Restauranteur

Jewells is the vibrant, stylish powerhouse behind the Harmony Hills management team, and also serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Chateau Noir Restaurant. With over 18 years of experience navigating the dynamic world of Second Life and the restaurant scene, Jewell is a seasoned professional who has honed her skills in management, and customer experiences. Her extensive background has given her a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to craft memorable, interactive dining experiences and magical events. When she’s not at the helm of Chateau Noir or managing community affairs, Jewells embraces life with her playful spirit and quirky side. You might catch her cruising through the Harmony Hills streets in her sleek Rolls Royce or her beloved Pizza Delivery Tuk Tuk - though, fair warning, most of those dented street signs are a testament to her less-than-perfect driving skills.

  • Paul Finchfield | Police Chief

Hello! My name is Paul Finchfield, and I am the Chief of Police here in Harmony Hills. I, as well as my team, are responsible for the overall safety of the community and its residents. While you will see me out patrolling the streets, you will likely see me greeting people at the police station and working behind the scenes on many projects that affect the department and the town in general. I have been in SL for a long time and I have always had a passion for SL law enforcement and policing. One of the first things I did when I joined SL was to apply and work with a small police department that did a lot of sim management assistance and light RP. This was the start to my long tenure of working as a police officer throughout my time here. That very first department ignited my desire to continue with the hustle and bustle of police work. Outside of law enforcement, you will see me enjoying time in my home and chatting with friends. I enjoy gacha games, live music, home décor and as you could guess shopping for the latest in police equipment. It will be my honor to serve Harmony Hills and its residents. Feel free to stop me and say hello in your travels!

  • LilEmms | Fire Chief

To many, the role might look simple — just “putting the wet stuff on the red stuff.”
But the reality is far more complex.

As Chief, I’m responsible for shaping our firefighters through both tactical training and immersive roleplay, keeping the department aligned with the community, and constantly expanding our outreach.

Emm — or Lil’ Emms, as she’s known for being a half-pint packed with determination — lives and breathes service. For her, a job isn’t just a title; it’s a way of being. She’s also a natural tinkerer, always dreaming up innovations and gadgets to enhance firefighting and rescue work in Second Life.

With many years of experience in fire and rescue across the grid, Emms has returned time and time again… and every time, she finds herself right back where she belongs: pulling on her bunker gear and taking her place on the engine.
